The DualCam has several built-in options.

Option 1 - Transformer (12-24V AC)
Connect the doorbell to your existing doorbell transformer for constant power. No need to charge or disassemble.

Option 2 - Doorbell adapter (18V AC)
Use the Beldeur 18V AC adapter with a 5-meter cable for easy connection to a wall socket. No need to charge or disassemble.

Option 3 - Wireless with battery

If you're using our DualCam Video Doorbell with a wired connection, you'll need a bell transformer or adapter. The doorbell requires a voltage of 12-24V AC. If you already have a bell transformer at home that provides this voltage, you don't need our adapter.

Want to use your new doorbell wired and don't have a bell transformer? Then our adapter is the perfect solution. It supplies 18V AC power. The adapter simply plugs into a wall socket, and the 5-meter cable allows you to connect the wires to your desired mounting location.

For wireless use, you don't need a bell transformer or adapter. You can charge the doorbell with the included USB cable. The battery lasts an average of two months and is fully charged in eight hours.

The doorbell is further protected against theft with a special security screw located at the top of the doorbell. This screw prevents the doorbell from being easily removed. To remove the doorbell, a special tool is included that allows you to safely and easily unscrew the screw. This ensures maximum protection and ease of use.

Very important to know! The doorbell works perfectly within 20 meters of your Wi-Fi access point. The doorbell chime must be located within 30 meters of the doorbell, as it is uniquely paired with your doorbell and doesn't require Wi-Fi.

Yes, you can easily connect your Beldeur video doorbell to Google Home and Amazon Alexa through the app. This allows you to view live video on a compatible device, such as a Google Nest Hub or an Amazon Echo Show, and use voice commands to check the doorbell status. Consult the manual or our customer service for step-by-step instructions on how to connect.
