Returns Policy
Packaging
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All products must be in factory condition.
- Please include the completed return form in the package.
- Stick the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Please keep the proof of shipping carefully.
Dispatch
- Drop off the package at a post office of your choice.
- Please keep your proof of shipment, as this is your guarantee that the package has been sent.
Exchange
Want to exchange a product instead of returning it? You can!
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to submit your exchange request.
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send the replacement product as soon as possible.
- If the desired product has a different price, we will settle the difference via the original payment method.
Exchange costs
- The costs for returning the item are at your own expense.
- Are you returning a product due to a defect within the warranty period or an incorrect delivery? Then we will reimburse the return costs afterwards.

When will you receive the refund?
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of cancellation, provided that the product has been received by us in good condition.
What do you get in return?
You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
Where do you receive the amount?
We will refund the amount via the same payment method you used to pay. If this is not possible, we will contact you.
