Whenever a visitor presses the doorbell button, a video recording will automatically start in which the visitor appears in the picture. You can determine the duration of this recording yourself; however, it will automatically end as soon as there is no more movement visible in front of the camera. During this period, all audio, including possible interactions with the visitor via the built-in speakers, is recorded and integrated into the video. These recorded images are stored both in the associated app and on your mobile device, but you also have the option of saving them directly to an SD card if you prefer. If the SD card reaches its storage limit and new recordings are made, the oldest files are automatically overwritten to make room for new recordings. In situations where movements are detected without the doorbell being pressed, these moments will also be recorded automatically and the recording will stop as soon as there is no more movement. In these cases too, all audio is recorded and stored within the video. Such recordings are stored on the SD card that is inserted in your video doorbell. The process of overwriting old footage to make room for new recordings is fully automatic. We strongly recommend that you always use an SD card in your doorbell. This not only makes it easier to retrieve footage in a clear manner, but also ensures reliable and local storage of your data, so that you have access to your recordings at all times.

Your camera footage is strictly private and intended for your eyes only. For this reason, during the initial setup procedure, you will be asked to create a personal account. This is a crucial step that contributes to the security of your system, as it provides an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access, such as that from hackers. Very important to know! The doorbell works perfectly within a radius of 20 meters from your wifi point. The doorbell chime must be located within a radius of 30 meters from the doorbell, because it is uniquely linked to your doorbell and does not need wifi.

Yes, you can easily pair your Beldeur video doorbell with Google Home and Amazon Alexa via the app. This allows you to view live footage on a compatible device, such as a Google Nest Hub or an Amazon Echo Show, and use voice commands to check the doorbell status. When using our DualCam Video Doorbell wired, you will need a bell transformer or adapter. The doorbell requires a voltage of 12-24V AC. Do you already have a bell transformer at home that supplies this voltage? Then you do not need our adapter.

Do you want to use your new doorbell wired and do you not have a bell transformer yet? Then our adapter is the perfect solution. Our adapter supplies mains power with a voltage of 18V AC. The adapter can easily be placed in the socket, and with the 5 meter long cable you can connect the wires to the desired mounting location.

For wireless use, you do not need a bell transformer or adapter. You can charge the doorbell with the supplied USB cable. The battery lasts an average of 2 months and is fully charged within 8 hours.
