Shipping information

Have you ordered one or more products on Beldeur ? We will then send the products to you in sturdy packaging as quickly as possible. This applies:

* If possible, we will ship the order by letter.
* You can easily track the status of the order via this page .
* It is also possible to send your package to Belgium or another country.

Postage costs
Beldeur naturally wants to keep the costs for shipping the order as low as possible. We do this, for example, by sending small products by post in a bubble envelope instead of a box. There are currently no shipping charges.

Shipping method
The packages are shipped with GLS, DHL or PostNL and delivered on working days between 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. On Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We send small orders by letter post as much as possible.

Alternative delivery address
Do you want to order a product for someone else or have an order delivered to your workplace? Then enter the desired delivery address in the contact details. Are all the products you want to order in the shopping cart? Then click on 'Go to step 2 - Your address details'. For the address details, you must provide both a delivery address and a billing address.

Delivery time
Are the products you ordered in stock? We will then start processing your order the same (working) day. It may take five to ten working days for the package to be delivered. If a product is not in stock, you cannot order it on the website. All products that can be ordered are therefore in stock. If you choose 'prepayment by bank', it often takes a little longer before you receive the package. With a prepayment by bank, it takes one to three working days before we receive the payment.
